Monk RA build
Divine favor: 8
Protection: 10 2 1
Healing: 10 1
Word of healing
Patient spirit
Dismiss condition
Cure hex
Blessed signet
Balthazar's spirit
Life bond
Restore life
You cast life bond on allies, and then you cast balthy spirit on your self. Use dismiss condition for a heal and as condition removal. You can replace cure hex with gaurdian if needed, and use a prefered revive. Use WoH to heal spikes. Balthazar's spirit is pretty important so keep it up all the time

First three (and sometimes four) skills are solid. Next ones - lulz.
I won't bother trying to change your build, but I'll give you a hint at improving it - [[Holy Veil].

The energy management dosen't suck
you just don't know how to manage yoour energy.
When I monk I use ALLL survivors, I have no +eng runes, and I don't use +eng on weapon sets and I have fine energy management.

If you are worried about energy management, this skill [glyph of lesser energy] is great when you're low on energy. The first 3 skills are great, the rest could have improvement. First, a monk NEVER takes a rez in RA because you need that extra skill, and the 2 seconds activating a rez is enough time for the other team to spike. Take these:
[holy veil] (hex removal), [guardian] block, [spirit bond], the glyph above, and something like [reversal of fortune] or any other skill =)

Balthazar's spirit is used for energy managment cuz every time any one gets hit in the party, if u bonded them all, I'll gain 1 energy witch believe it or not it is pretty good energy so as long as people get hit I'd good to go. I also wanted a good alround defense monk and I thought about life barrier, but I liked the idea of life bond and balthy spirit, but I have runt into a minor problem with mesmers. Cure hex isn't really working to well for hexes. Also I put in fleeting stability for the hammer warriors and assasins. So like I said I want the concept of WoH monk, with a bonder.

[Reversal of Fortune] [Zealous Benediction] [Dismiss Condition] [Guardian] [Blessed Signet] [Glyph of Lesser Energy] [Balthazars Spirit] [Life Bond]
14 Prot
13 Divine
Switch up Guardian for a high prot like [Protective Spirit] or [Spirit Bond] if you need to.
No hex removal though so the build is automatic fail but it is the best Life Bond Build so if you want to...

I guess people need to look at energy management in a new way. If a warrior or assassin is training you, using a 5e skill like [Disciplined stance] is a much more effective use of energy than 3 WoH's, or using a bigger prot like [spirit bond]. It's the same reason why good protting is important - a well placed SoA or Guardian can potentially save hundreds of damage, thus saving your energy.
To the OP, I would never take a res on a monk in RA. [Restore life] is 4 second cast, which is easily enough to kill a team member while their monk is casting. I've also been taking two hex removals in RA recently, as it's an incredibly hex heavy meta atm. [Mark of insecurity], [Lingering Curse], [Visions of Regret] and many more are absolute priorities to keep off your team members, and I find that holy veil or spotless by themselves are not enough. I haven't had much experience bonding, but I find when I'm not monking that they seem to be more fragile than a WoH stance monk.

That bonder wouldn't need energy management because it's going to be dead all the time. Better go Mo/W for no e-management than dead, I suppose.

There seems to be so many N and Me these days that Bonding seems like a bad idea with all the enchantment strip/interrupt.
Hexes are all over the place and more frequent than not, they are something to worry about.
Having WoH and go bonding doesn't sound like a good idea. You shouldn't try to do too many things at once. Mo/W are popular for a reason. They are efficient and sturdy, exactly what you want in a monk.
